Assisted Purchase means that PGS helps you shop/order any exclusive merch etc. that you want  from Korea or Japan stores.

For Assisted Purchase these charges will be paid individually for each order:

• Any domestic shipping fee within Korea/Japan that incurs on your order.
  Please note that domestic shipping fee is not free unless your order is of certain amount. Different shops have different value set to be eligible for free domestic shipping.
  e.g Weverse shop offer free domestic shipping for orders that’s valued 27.87$ or more. Orders with lesser total value than this amount incurs 2.78$ domestic shipping fee.
  
  
  
• Weverse shop doesn’t allow ordering items (pre-orders) with different release dates together or pre-orders items with already released items. Also there is sometimes limit of number of items per order. In such case if domestic shipping fee incurs, it will be added to 1st payment of your order.
  
  
• Our warehouse charge fee for receiving each package. Therefore, we encourage you to place individual order only if you are ordering more than one items

Note: International shipping & customs will be split or divided per item in our shipment. only the 1st payment will incur domestic shipping & any other fee mentioned above

Assisted purchase service is offered in following cases:  

• If you want to order anything that has specific release date & there is no Group Order available for it on our website or there are no other orders placed for the same order, then we will offer assisted purchase service for it.
• If you want to order anything that is not a pre-order but it’s available on shops other than Weverse shop , then it’ll be an assisted purchase.
• All Orders from linefriends store will be an assisted purchase unless we open a GO for it.
• All KPOP pre-orders (pre-released) from Weverse shop & other retailers will be an assisted purchase unless there is GO open for it.
