When will I receive my Album?
- Estimate arrival date for all Korea pre-orders is usually 3~4 weeks after release date.
- Estimated arrival date for all Japan Pre-orders is 2~3 weeks after release date.
- Arrival time depends on when shop ship out our orders & it’s arrival at our warehouse.
- When all the orders batch arrive at our warehouse then these orders are combined into one shipment. After the repacking, we ship it out to PK
- Arrival/Transit time is Average 6~7 days for Korea and 8~10 days for Japan.
- We receive shipment after custom clearance. Delay sometimes occurs in custom clearance. In this case of delay all our customers will be informed.
- Orders are booked & sent sequentially after receiving the shipment. Delivery within PK takes 1~2 working days depending upon the city.
- Please note that International shipping takes time. There are many factors that causes delay sometimes and it’s out of our control. For example, delay from shop, delay from warehouse due to large volume of orders, shipment stuck at customs for clearance etc. So we kindly ask for your patience and understanding!
